Shipping policy

In our shipping policy we outline the shipping delivery methods, timings and any charges applicable to orders made through our website or social media channels (Instagram) or Whatsapp.

Our Partner

We work with DHL as our local and international shipping partner.  All shipments will be trackable and must be signed for in person upon delivery.

If due to any sanctions, or any restrictions outside our control we can no longer ship to your delivery address we will notify you via email and process a refund accordingly.

Local Shipping

• We currently offer complimentary Domestic Ground shipping within the Middle East  
• As products are made to order, shipments will be made 7-10 working days after your order has been placed and full payment has been received
• Transit times are 1-2 working days 

International Shipping 

• We currently offer complimentary shipping to the above International territories 
• As products are made to order, shipments will be made 7-10 working days after order has been placed and full payment has been received
• Transit times are 3-5 working days 

Order Tracking

Shipment tracking will be available for all orders placed via e-commerce.

• Once your order has been shipped we will send you an email with your order details and tracking information
• Click the link in your email to track your shipment

Customs and Duties

Any customs clearance charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. For international orders please check with your local customs office if any additional charges will be incurred with your order.
